Connor Wolfe graduated from Connecticut College in 2017 with a BS degree in Economics and History. After graduation, Mr. Wolfe worked as an investment sales associate with Marcus and Millichap’s Brooklyn Office where he sourced more than $45 million worth of inventory. During his two years with the firm, Mr. Wolfe acquired a strong understanding of the New York City and Brooklyn investment sales markets. After Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Wolfe worked at Spring 11 as a contracted third-party underwriter and diligence provider on commercial real estate lending transactions throughout the United States. There, he specialized in lending operations with a focus on underwriting and deal management of balance sheet loans on behalf of private lenders. Mr. Wolfe recently moved into a role with Arbor Realty Trust as an underwriting associate with a focus on multifamily commercial assets subject to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending. Mr. Wolfe has underwritten and closed more than $700 million in debt obligations across various asset classes. He also holds a NYS Real Estate Salesperson license and actively advises and services client’s investment sales and debt needs while pursuing an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment at NYU’s Schack School of Real Estate.

  • There is no general requirement to provide photo identification prior to working with us. However, prior to entry to Stephen C. Troy, Inc. office, customers and clients may be required to present photo identification pursuant to the building’s security policies or pursuant to applicable local government requirements. Also, individual property owners (or their listing agents) may require photo identification prior to a showing or open house, at the direction of a homeowner, listing agent, or in any other circumstance as directed by a third party, including but not limited to, a seller, landlord, listing agent, sponsor / developer, managing agent and we will communicate this information to buyers in advance of such showing.
  • An exclusive buyer representation agreement is not required.
  • A pre-approval for a mortgage loan is not required to work with us, however, individual property owners may require one – and if so, we will communicate that to buyers as applicable for any properties buyers may wish to view.
    Proof of funds (excluding source of income), including mortgage pre-approval when an offer includes financing, is required before making an offer to purchase or rent.
